Church and Non-Profit Practice
Mr. Coleman represents churches in Virginia and non-profit corporations throughout the country. Mr. Coleman assists clients with
● Drafting incorporation, governing, and other related documents;
● Facilitating Board meetings;
● Representation of church with Virginia state agencies and non-profits with state agencies and the federal government, including the Internal Revenue Service;
● Intellectual Property, including trademark infringement litigation;
● Employment matters;
● Commercial litigation; and
● Charitable Solicitation Registration.
Business Practice
Mr. Coleman also represents individuals and Virginia for-profit corporations on various matters including organization, drafting governing and related documents, commercial and civil litigation, and intellectual property matters.
