William Michael “Mike” Wittman practices law with the Firm in real property law, traffic and criminal misdemeanor violations, law enforcement: police and sheriff deputies’ employment issues, non-profit corporation formation, land and property use and bank loan negotiations. Mr. Wittman is a former child protection prosecutor with the Florida Attorney General’s Office and the Department of Children and Families Offices in Ft. Lauderdale and Miami, FL. While living in Florida, he also practiced in the areas of civil litigation, real property foreclosures, family and traffic law, real estate broker disputes and wills, trusts and probate. Mr. Wittman is a U.S. Army veteran.
