Mr. Boucher is a former Assistant State's Attorney for Baltimore City (1988-1997) and a former Special Assistant United States Attorney (1996-1997) who focuses his private practice on criminal defense matters.
Mr. Boucher handles most types of criminal case, both felonies and misdemeanors, in both state and federal court. Although Mr. Boucher has appeared as counsel in most jurisdictions throughout the state, his practice is concentrated in the Baltimore metropolitan area (Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Anne Arundel County, Howard County, Harford County).
Mr. Boucher has tried well over 100 jury trials to verdict, most for serious felonies including Homicide, Rape, Robberies, Narcotics Violations, and Weapons Violations. Mr. Boucher's areas of emphasis have expanded recently to include Fraud, White Collar offenses, and other related matters.
