Mr. Bosson concentrates his practice in the area of civil litigation, having experience with complex
trademark, constitutional, employment and construction litigation. He has also represented clients in
contract disputes, real estate, personal injury, housing discrimination and the collection of debts.
Mr. Bosson also has extensive experience advising and assisting corporations, both for and non-profit,
in incorporating their organizations, drafting governance and other related documents, and conducting Board
meetings.
