Marios represents businesses and individuals in a variety of practice areas. His admiralty and maritime litigation practice involves maritime attachment (Rule B) and vessel arrest (Rule C), assisting international arbitration proceedings in London, representing chassis and container lessors in contract disputes, and advising on international sanctions regimes.

In business and civil matters, Marios represents clients - including a number of local businesses - in general business and commercial litigation, advises on their terms and conditions, and provides general guidance to minimize and manage legal risks before litigation.

In employment matters, Marios represents employees and employers dealing with discrimination and retaliation claims (including investigations and litigation), severance agreements, and in unemployment hearings. He also advises employers on their internal policies and employee handbooks.

Marios's intellectual property practice involves prosecuting and defending trademark and copyright infringement actions.
